Srinagar: The operation of the security forces against the terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir is going on continuously. Recently, security forces have destroyed a terrorist hideout in Poonch district of Jammu. Explosives and some high-tech IEDs have been recovered by security forces from this hideout of terrorists.

According to the information given to the media by Lt Col Devinder Anand, spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense in Jammu, security forces have destroyed the hideout of the terrorists located in Loran area of Poonch district of Jammu on Sunday. Giving information in this regard, the Lieutenant Colonel has said that on Sunday, the Indian Army and Poonch police conducted a joint search operation in the Loran area, in which the whereabouts of the terrorists were found.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Devindra Anand, security forces have recovered some explosives from this hideout of the terrorists. He said that two high-tech IEDs of 5 kg and 3 kg have also been recovered in these explosives, which the army defused to a safe place. According to the security forces, a search operation is still being conducted in the areas around this terrorist hideout.
