Kathua: A terrible road accident has occurred in Pallan in Kathua district of Jammu. A 25-year-old bike rider has died tragically in a fierce collision between a bus and a bike. Bilawar police have registered a case and started investigating the incident. According to the information received, bus number JK 02 A1047 coming from Jammu towards Mahanpur had reached near Pallan that the high-speed bus coming from the front collided with the bike number JK 08 H2512.

The 25-year-old bike rider was seriously injured in this horrific accident. Locals rushed the bike rider to Bilawar Sub District Hospital for treatment where the injured bike rider has been identified as Dharamkot resident, Bhupendra Singh son Sansar Singh. After giving first aid at Bilawar Sub District Hospital, the injured bike rider was referred to Government Medical College, Jammu.

The doctors declared the injured young man dead at 8:30 in the evening. Doctors said that in the late evening, Bhupendra Singh, who was injured in the accident, could not bear the pain of the wounds and succumbed during treatment in Jammu due to excessive bleeding. Bilawar police have started their investigation by registering a case in this regard.
