Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir Police has arrested three militants from Kishtwar district. The police has promised to settle four cases after the terrorists were arrested. These include cases related to the murder of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders. Mukesh Singh IGP, Jammu Zone said that, in the last one year, terrorists have carried out four incidents in Kishtwar.
Mukesh Singh said that due to continuous efforts of the police, we have solved all four cases. It also has the support of CRPF, Army and NIA team. He said, we have detained three people in these cases so far. He has been arrested in the murder case of Chandrakant Sharma and his PSO. The arrested accused also include one Nisal Ahmed Sheikh who was involved in the conspiracy to assassinate BJP leader Anil Parihar and was present at the scene of the murder.
Let us tell you that in April this year, a leader of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and his bodyguard were shot dead in the hospital in Kishtwar district. At the same time, in November last year, BJP leader Anil Parihar was shot dead.
