NEW DELHI: An official said here on Monday that a 36-year-old man from Jammu and Kashmir was found dead in Delhi's Greater Kailash area.
According to the official, the victim, identified as Rahul Thakur, was found unconscious near M-Block Market on the ground floor of S-176 in Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi.
The caller was the house's owner, and the deceased man was his tenant. According to the owner, the deceased had been living at this address with his mother for the past month. "Upon investigation, it came into light that the deceased man previously worked at Delhi Haat Art Gallery," the official said.
Rahul's mother had just returned from her hometown three or four days before. The police recovered three mobile phones on the scene, ruling out the possibility of robbery. However, he added that they are looking into the case from all angles.
