Ranchi: MLA Saryu Rai from Jamshedpur (East) Assembly seat has said that he can go to Bihar to campaign in favour of any Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker including Lalu Yadav, Nitish Kumar and Pappu Yadav in Bihar assembly elections. Saryu Rai has tweeted that he will play a meaningful role in the Bihar assembly elections.

Saryu Rai has tweeted, in which he has written that "I will play a meaningful role in the Bihar assembly elections. I will repay the person who supported me. BJP family has supported if they will ask I'll go to support them. If Laluji, Nitishji, Pappu Yadavji, Narendra Singhji, Akhlaq Saheb will ask I'll go to support and campaign any one of them." It is worth mentioning that Independent MLA from Jharkhand Saryu Rai came into the limelight when he came to be the main complainant in the fodder scam."

Lalu Yadav was convicted in the fodder scam case, Saryu Rai is considered to have an important role in it. He took an active part in the investigation. He is now an independent MLA from Jamshedpur East. He registered a landslide victory by defeating the then CM Raghuvar Das. The BJP did not give the ticket to Saryu Rai, so in displeasure, he hit an independent pitch against Raghuvar Das in the election ground.
