Japan is one of the largest fish markets in the world. Japanese businessman Kiyoshi Kimura, known as 'Tuna King', bought a tuna fish for $ 18 lakh (about Rs 13 crore) in the auction held on New Year's Eve. Kiyoshi made the highest bid of 276 kg of tuna on Sunday at the main fish market in the capital Tokyo. This is the second-highest bid of a tuna fish ever. Kiyoshi only bought 278 kg of tuna last year for $ 3.1 million (about Rs 22 crore).
