Jaunpur: In the temple-mosque loudspeaker case, Jaunpur police launched a drive and carried out a major action across the district. On the directions of SSP Jaunpur, a meeting was held with all religions in all the police station areas of the district with people from the Hindu-Muslim community to ensure that the Supreme Court guidelines are followed. With this, it was decided to limit the loudspeaker from the centre of faith to the sound outside the campus. Let us tell you all that after mutual agreement, Jaunpur police took action to remove loudspeakers from many big and small mosques.

At the same time, in many places, after the policy meeting, the people themselves i.e. the mosque representatives themselves have taken off the loudspeaker. Let us tell you that after the meeting, the police confessed in the video statement that they respected the court's order and also appealed to the people of their respective communities to maintain mutual harmony. SSP Jaunpur Ajay Sahni conducted a drive in police station areas across the district to ensure that the sound of azaan of the mosque did not move out of the campus and a meeting was held with both the communities. After that, loudspeakers were installed in mosques from their respective Idgahs, which are heard outside the campus and were seen taking it down themselves, respecting the court's order.

On the other hand, ssp Jaunpur Ajay Sahni said, "A meeting was held in the police stations with the representatives of Hindu-Muslim religion in all the police station areas regarding the compliance of the Supreme Court's guidelines. After the meeting, with mutual consent, loudspeakers were limited from mosques and the expanding devices going out of the canopy were removed. People of both religions have come forward and removed the loudspeakers themselves by cooperating equally.''

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath gave a big directive. In fact, Yogi said, "Loudspeaker mikes with prior permission can run, but the sound should not come out. With this, loudspeakers and mikes will no longer be able to be installed without permission.'' At the same time, after cm Yogi's instructions, now people themselves are coming out and taking off the mike and loudspeaker.
