Patna: A major controversy has escalated over the JDU MLA Gopal Mandal's photo in which he was walking inside the train wearing underwear and ganji. Now the MLA has clarified the entire case. The same MLA is alleged to have misbehaved with people. Gopal Mandal was reportedly traveling by Patna-Delhi Tejas train. It is alleged that when people interrupted him when he walked inside the train wearing underwear and ganji, they abused him and threatened to shoot him. Fellow passenger Prahlad Paswan told MLA that there are women on the train, you are the people's representative, you cannot do it like this, the Mandal threatened to see them in anger.

The incident was confirmed by Rajesh Kumar, CPRO, same ECR. He said that the MLA's conduct was not favorable, so we also changed the seat of the objector and as soon as the information came to the notice of the Railways, the team of APF and railway staff immediately reached the spot and resolved the case.
