The same MLA is alleged to have misbehaved with people. Gopal Mandal was reportedly traveling by Patna-Delhi Tejas train. It is alleged that when people interrupted him when he walked inside the train wearing underwear and ganji, they abused him and threatened to shoot him. Fellow passenger Prahlad Paswan told MLA that there are women on the train, you are the people's representative, you cannot do it like this, the Mandal threatened to see them in anger.
