On Monday, the price of jet fuel, also known as Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF), saw a 1.2% hike, reversing some of the previous month's reduction. Meanwhile, the cost of commercial LPG used by hotels and restaurants was lowered by Rs 30 per 19-kg cylinder, reflecting global oil price trends.

State-owned fuel retailers announced that the ATF price in the national capital rose by Rs 1,179.37 per kilolitre, bringing it to Rs 96,148.38 per kilolitre. This increase comes after a significant 6.5% (Rs 6,673.87 per kilolitre) cut on June 1. In Mumbai, the ATF price went up to Rs 89,908.30 per kilolitre from Rs 88,834.27. Prices vary across states due to local taxes.

In addition, oil companies reduced the commercial LPG price by Rs 30, now costing Rs 1,646 per 19-kg cylinder. This marks the fourth consecutive monthly reduction in commercial LPG prices, following a Rs 69 cut on June 1, a Rs 19 cut on May 1, and a Rs 30.5 cut on April 1. However, the price of domestic cooking gas remains unchanged at Rs 803 per 14.2-kg cylinder.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) adjust ATF and cooking gas prices on the first of each month, based on international fuel prices and exchange rates.

Petrol and diesel prices remain stable, with no changes since a Rs 2 per litre reduction in mid-March. Currently, petrol is priced at Rs 94.72 per litre in Delhi, while diesel costs Rs 87.62 per litre.
