LPG Price Cut: Oil marketing companies have announced a reduction in prices for both domestic and commercial LPG cylinders nationwide. Effective immediately, residents in Delhi and other major cities will benefit from reduced costs. For instance, the price of a 19 kg cylinder in Delhi has decreased by Rs.30, now priced at Rs.1646.

Credit Card Bill Payments: From July 1, 2024, new regulations mandate that credit card bill payments must be processed through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). This initiative aims to streamline payment processes and includes platforms like CRED, PhonePe, and BillDesk.

SIM Card Porting Rules: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has revised SIM card portability rules for enhanced security, effective July 1, 2024. Users now need to anticipate a waiting period of up to 7 days for replacement SIM cards in case of theft or damage.

Mobile Tariff Plans: Major telecom providers such as Reliance Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone-Idea are set to increase their tariff plans starting July 3-4, 2024, impacting mobile users across the country.
