Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been a popular show of audiences for a long time. This show is completely based on comedy, but the producer has never used double meaning comedy or abuses. This is one of the principles of his show that is followed even today. But when it comes to the OTT platform, the use of all kinds of language is seen there.

Dilip Joshi, who now plays Jethalal in Tarak Mehta, has expressed his displeasure over this. He lashed out at the OTT, saying that there is no need for such abusive speech. In an interview given to a news portal, Dilip says, "Some great work is seen on OTT but I have seen that dirty language is used in many places, even when it is not needed. I just saw Bandish Bandit, it was awesome. Shankar sir's music was also good. But one of the series' roles was continuously abusing. It seemed that he is himself not comfortable with abusing. I think that good work can also be done without abuses."

Dilip Joshi has insisted that Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Shyam Bengal had created a cinema where work was also overwhelming and such language was not used. Now how many people agree with this talk of Dilip Joshi, it will tell the time, but the use of abuses in web series has become very normal. Mirzapur 2, released recently, has seen a lot of such languages but that series is so liked because of this style.
