Significantly, on December 29, along with Chief Minister Hemant Soren, two ministers Alamgir Alam and Rameshwar Oraon from Congress quota and Satyanand Bhokta, the only MLA from RJD quota were sworn in as ministers.

The name is almost certain in the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, the power-related party cabinet. According to the information received, some new and young faces can be found this time. In this, Chaibasa MLA Deepak Birua, Bishunpur MLA Chamra Linda, Garhwa MLA Mithilesh Thakur are moving ahead. Deepak Birua has managed to win from Chaibasa twice in a row and he also has a keen grip and interest in the organization, while Mithilesh Thakur has managed to win from Garhwa for the first time.

In both these divisions, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has done better during the assembly elections. MLA from Manoharpur Joba Manjhi is also in the race for the post of minister.
