Fodder Scam: Will Lalu come out of jail? Jharkhand High Court to hear tomorrow

Ranchi: The date of tomorrow is very important for the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo and former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is serving a sentence in the fodder scam case because the case is listed on number 18 of the Jharkhand High Court Case List. In the case of illegal withdrawal from the Dumka treasury related to the fodder scam case, the case has been listed for hearing in the Jharkhand High Court at No. 18 of the case List on November 6.

In the Dumka Treasury case, former CM Lalu Prasad Yadav was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment and on the basis of passing half of the sentence, a bail application has been filed by Lalu Prasad Yadav's lawyer, on which the date of hearing is fixed. Lalu Yadav's lawyer Prabhat Kumar has made full preparations to get a bail for Lalu Yadav.

Lalu's lawyer Prabhat Kumar says that he has prepared all the equations on the basis of which Lalu Yadav has spent 42 months and 28 days in jail which is more than half the duration of his sentence, hence he hopes Lalu Yadav on this ground will definitely get bail
