Guntur: Jinnah Tower located in Guntur in Andhra Pradesh is in the headlines these days. Actually YSRCP MLA Mohammad Mustafa had painted the tower with the color of the tricolor. The reason was that the Hindu Vahini workers tried to hoist the tricolor on the Jinnah Tower on Republic Day. MLA from Guntur East, Mohammad Mustafa says that on the demand of the people, it was decided to paint the tower in tricolor. Along with this, arrangements will also be made to hoist the tricolor near the tower.

On the increased controversy regarding this matter, Mohammad Mustafa has said that 'Muslim leaders have fought a war against the British during the freedom struggle. After independence, some Muslims left India and settled in Pakistan. But we wanted to live in our country as Indians and we love our motherland. Mustafa further said that BJP people deliberately try to create communal harmony.

He said that the people of BJP should come forward to help the needy people, and not do the work of spreading hatred in the society. Today, when we are all facing the corona epidemic, then by cooperating together people should come forward. But BJP works to raise wrong issues. Let us inform that on 26 January, some people tried to hoist the tricolor at Jinnah Tower, who were taken into custody by the Andhra Police.
