After Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram, India's largest telecom company Reliance Jio is facing customer distress across the country today. The practice has been facing problems in Jio's network since around 9.30 pm. Many customers are not able to make any calls if they do not have a network on their phones. Due to network problems, consumers are facing problems in talking and using the Internet.

The same social media platform started trending #jiodown on Twitter within minutes. Users have complained of Jio's network being down. Some users wrote that Jio's network has not been working for several hours. Some users wrote that after Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Jio's network has also gone down.

According to the same Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) data, Reliance Jio has a total of 40.4 crore customers. Earlier on Monday, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram services were jammed for several hours. This was the first time that services of all the three social media platforms around the world remained suspended for hours. This had caused inconvenience to millions of users worldwide. This had also led to a fall in Facebook shares. Users have started trolling Jio on social media as soon as Jio's network problems started. Facebook was down recently.
