Taking action on Gautam's viral video, the party high command has given a show-cause notice. They have been instructed to clarify the situation within two weeks.

According to media reports, Ramkumar Gautam is already keeping a distance from the party. During the assembly elections, Gautam defeated BJP leader and former Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu. Unhappy over not being made a minister, Gautam resigned as the party's national vice president during a public function nearly a month ago. Since resigning, Gautam Dushyant has been criticizing Chautala and his family.

After a video of Ramkumar Gautam regarding the party's controversy went viral, the JJP leadership has issued a show-cause notice asking them to clarify the situation. According to JJP general secretary Dr. KC Bangar, Gautam has been asked to file his reply within 15 days. It is alleged that he has made negative remarks against senior party leader and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala. On the other hand, when contacted, Ramkumar Gautam refused to receive any kind of notice and said that when the notice is received, it will be seen.
