Srinagar: A big news has come recently from Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. There have been reports of an encounter of terrorists with security forces in Tiken area here. It is being told that 2 terrorists have been killed in this encounter so far. A local man was also injured in the firing. Recently the security forces were informed about the hiding of some terrorists in Tiken village. Only after that 55 RR, CRPF and SOG of local police conducted a search operation.
During this, the terrorists, seeing themselves surrounded, started firing, after which the security forces have killed two terrorists in retaliation. It is being told that firing is still going on from both sides. The security forces had killed 4 terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed trying to infiltrate the blockade in Jammu and Kashmir Nagrota earlier.
The security forces had erected a barrier near the Ban toll plaza and while checking the vehicles, a group of terrorists started firing on the security forces. During this firing, the terrorists started running towards the forest and the encounter started on sight. There was an encounter in which 4 terrorists have been killed. It is being said that 3-4 terrorists were trying to go to Kashmir via the Jammu-Srinagar highway via truck. Meanwhile, the security forces surrounded the terrorists and then the encounter started.
