Ranchi: The incident of vandalism in Naveen Sarna Hostel in the Sukhdevnagar area is gaining momentum. The action of the police was not satisfactory after the case of vandalism in the tribal hostel on Wednesday. Angered by this, JMM MLA Jigga Horo threatened to take Sukhdev Nagar SHO Mamta Kumari hostage.

The same JMM MLA Jigga Horo alleged that no action was taken by the station in charge after the news of vandalism in the hostel. Even after calling in this incident, the station in charge did not reach the hostel. After the incident, dozens of workers including Congress MLA Bandhu Tirkey, Rajesh Kachhap, former Congress MLA Sukhdev Bhagat reached Sarna Hostel. Along with this, JMM MLA Jigga Horo also reached the hostel and along with Sukhdev Nagar police station in charge, all the policemen were called. After that, the lady station in charge was thrashed a lot. Due to this, when the lady station in charge tried to explain, the MLA threatened her and said- "Don't be too smart, otherwise you will be taken hostage here. What are the duties if you do not take action on time? Do not tease, otherwise, will not leave. You guys are making an extravaganza. Don't fool we called you last night. Is there a governor? When the matter is in court, you are conducting raids. We are telling you that we will get you raided.''

Let us tell you that there was a lot of uproar on Wednesday regarding vacating the hostel of Naveen Sarna College present in Harmu Vidyanagar of Sukhdevnagar police station area. People from one side created a lot of commotion in the hostel. Damaged the boundary behind the hostel and ransacked the hostel by entering.
