The admission exam for Class VI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas will be held on August 11. The education ministry said this on Tuesday. The Ministry tweeted, "Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test-2021 for selection of students for admission to Class VI for the session 2021-22 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of all States and Union Territories will be conducted on 11th August 2021 following all security precautions and corona rules.''

JNVST Class VI Entrance Examination is conducted as an All India Level Entrance Examination for admission to Class VI in Navodaya Vidyalayas across the country. JNV Class VI Entrance Examination is conducted in English, Hindi, and regional languages of every state. The entrance examination is conducted for a period of two hours and consists of three sections consisting of 80 objective questions, the examination is of a total of 100 marks. The three sections are mental ability, arithmetic test, and language test.

Also, after passing the class VI examination JNVST, shortlisted candidates will have to undergo document verification from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Only after document verification, shortlisted candidates can secure admission to JNV. On the other hand, the results of the 10th examination have been declared in Maharashtra, now the process of 11th recruitment has started. The registration of the CET examination for admission to the 11th standard in the state has started from today.
