Educational Qualification:-
Associate Manager HR & Administration - MBA or PG Degree/Two year Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personal Management. As well as at least 7 years of work experience as an executive.
Associate Manager Finance & Accounts- CA's/ ICWA / Must be done with specialization in MBA Finance. Also, 7 years of experience is required.
Associate Manager Material- Engineering Degree/MBA/Post Graduate Degree/ Seven years experience with diploma in material management is required.
Flight Safety Chief/Deputy Chief- The company operating the helicopter must have a CHPL/ATPL license. or AME license with the aircraft engineer.
Chief Aviation Security Officer - Must be Post Graduate. As well as THE AVSEC Instructor Certificate. Must have at least 12 years of experience.

scale of pay:
Associate Manager- 70,000/-
Chief of Flight Safety, Deputy Chief- 90,000/-
Chief Aviation Security Officer - 90,000/-
