Phnom Penh: United States Vice President Joe Biden said on Sunday that his country, along with Japan and South Korea, are "more aligned than ever" in their positions regarding North Korea, which he said was "provocative behavior"
After a trilateral meeting with leaders Fumio Kishida of Japan and Yoon Suk-yeol of South Korea, Biden called the leaders of nations who share US concerns about North Korea's missile tests "important allies." He made this statement in Cambodia.
South Korea's Yoon said Pyongyang's recent provocations demonstrated the nature of its regime to be "anti-humanitarian", while Japan's Kishida said Pyongyang's actions were "unprecedented" and expected more provocations from Pyongyang.
