One of these names is John Abraham. John is currently busy promoting his upcoming film 'Veda', which is going to be released in theaters on August 15. John made his debut with the film 'Jism', but he got real recognition by playing the villain in the film 'Dhoom'. During the promotion, John shared memories of his old days and told how he struggled before entering the film industry.

John talked about his old days in YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia's podcast. He told about his struggle before entering Bollywood, which perhaps very few people know.

First salary and beginning of career

John said that after doing an MBA, he joined a company where he got his first salary of Rs 6,500. After this, he was promoted as a media planner in an advertising agency. John participated in the Gladrags Manhunt competition in 1999, in which Shahrukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Karan Johar, and Karan Kapoor were the judges.

Lunch expenses and life's hardships

After winning the competition, John received a prize of Rs 40,000, which was a huge amount for him. But John said that even at that time his expenses were very low. He used to eat chapati and dal fry in his lunch, the total cost of which was only Rs 6.25. John said that he used to come home after having breakfast and did not have dinner due to working in the office. The main part of his expenses was the petrol of the bike.

Now John is ruling the hearts of people

John Abraham has made his place in the film industry with his hard work and dedication. Fans eagerly wait for his films. Now fans are eagerly waiting for his film 'Veda'. This film will be released in theaters on August 15, in which Sharvari Wagh, Tamanna Bhatia, and Abhishek Banerjee will be seen in lead roles along with John. This film is going to be full of action and it is expected that the audience will like it very much.
