Journalist Files Criminal Complaint Against Salman Khan for Assault

Bollywood star Salman Khan is often surrounded by controversies. He has always had a long-standing relationship with controversies. He has been court-rounded several times and once again he is facing a cloud of trouble. A complaint has been lodged against Salman alleging several serious allegations and the complaint was filed by a Mumbai-based journalist. The journalist has made serious allegations against Salman. ANI recently tweeted. In a tweet, it was reported that journalist Ashok Pandey had lodged a criminal complaint against Salman Khan. He is accused of looting, violence, criminal activity, and intimidation.

According to the sources, the journalist tried to make a video of Salman Khan cycling after which the incident took place and journalist Ashok Pandey, in addition to Andheri, lodged a complaint in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate R R Khan. The complaint was filed under 392 (Robbery) and 506 (Criminal Threats). He said while Salman Khan was cycling, two of his bodyguards were with him. Talking further, Pandey said, "He was going by car and after seeing the actor, he started making a video of Khan with the consent of his bodyguards. However, Salman was upset and his bodyguards rushed towards his car and started beating him," he said.

Pandey, on the other hand, alleges that "Salman also beat him up and snatched his mobile phone," he said, adding that "the police did not write his complaint after which he had to approach the court." The magistrates will hear the application on July 12 demanding an FIR and inquiry.
