' Further, he said- 'The demand for OROP was raised in 1971-72, today Modi ji has delivered Rs 42,000 crore through OROP to the house of soldiers and there are 1.16 lakh soldiers of Uttarakhand whose house has been facilitated. Under the Ujjwala Scheme, about 10 crore gas connections have been distributed free of cost across the country. 3.65 lakh gas connections have been distributed in Uttarakhand. This is the empowerment of women. '
