Bigg Boss 15's most recent episode was loaded with celebrity power, with Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan, and S.S. Rajamouli all making appearances and having a great time. Salman, Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Alia had a great time singing, dancing, and performing a sequence under the supervision of SS Rajamouli. They also had a pre-birthday celebration for presenter Salman Khan.

During his interaction with them, host Salman Khan revealed Bigg Boss Telugu season 1, revealing that it was hosted by Jr NTR and that he would fly to Lonavala for a week to film the episodes. Jr NTR told Salman Khan that he could only host one season and didn't know why, but he kept hosting the show and praised the Bollywood actor for doing so for the last 12 seasons.

He continued with complimenting Salman Khan, saying, "You've been hosting the show for the past 12 seasons, and you've done a fantastic job. This isn't Bigg Boss; rather, it's Big Bhai ka show (Salman Khan). Your name is written all over the show, carved all over it. You are the only host who has elevated Bigg Boss to its current position. The show's mystique and vibe are all due to you, and no one else can replicate it."

"Dekha tum log he meri kadar nahi karte, ye dekho, Bigg Boss and everything," Salman joked to Alia after thanking Jr NTR. S.S. Rajamouli, Alia, and Ram Charan all broke out laughing. Jr NTR then asked him to greet the audience in Telugu, just like he used to. The episode was a laugh riot as the Jr NTR, Ram, Alia and Rajamouli cracked many jokes and thanked Salman Khan for inviting them to Bigg Boss.
