The Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities (JSLH) of O.P. Jindal Global University is pleased to announce that the Fifth Undergraduate Research Conference on Liberal Arts and Humanities will take place in an online format on the 2nd and 3rd of April 2022.

This conference is a one-of-a-kind effort to encourage undergraduate student research. It enables students from all across India with an amazing opportunity to interact electronically, exchange ideas in an environment that fosters polite dialogue and promotes academic collaborations.

The Undergraduate Research Conference has been a student-centered academic platform for presenting interdisciplinary research (under the supervision of a faculty member) and promoting discussion in the presence of a vibrant and world-class academic community of students and faculty members since its inception in 2017. We will continue to take the initiative forward this year to empower young brains from around India with a fantastic opportunity to showcase their ideas and conduct supervised interdisciplinary study on current global concerns.

The conference's topic is liberal arts and humanities, with a focus on issues such as the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences, global warming and climate change, air pollution and public health, and water challenges. Similarly, the conference strives to investigate how contemporary concerns are portrayed in literature, creative arts, philosophy, history, communication, and other liberal arts-based views.
