The PIL filed by GS Mani, Pradeep Kumar Yadav and SK Singh and 'Anti-Corruption Council of India Trust' said jagan mohan reddy is facing more than 20 criminal cases in court. and very serious corruption in nature. In these petitions, YS Jaganmohan Reddy demanded that Andhra Pradesh chief minister should be removed from the post. He is accused of making such allegations and insulting comments against justice NV Ramana, the second highest judge of the supreme court in the public and media. On October 6, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister wrote a letter to the Chief Justice accusing the Andhra Pradesh High Court of using his democratically elected government to "destabilise and demolish".
It demanded a detailed judicial inquiry by setting up an internal committee headed by any authority, including a Supreme Court judge or retired judgeor central bureau of investigation (CBI) on the vague allegations made by Reddy against Justice Ramana.
The committee has been set up for energy efficiency projects in the state.
