The political stir in Madhya Pradesh continues. BJP leader and former Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has allegedly removed 'BJP' from his Twitter account. Instead, he has written public servant and cricket lover. Discussions have intensified since then. Some people say that Scindia did not add BJP to his profile. However, there is no response from BJP or Scindia on this.

After staying with the Congress for 18 years, Scindia joined the BJP on the day of Holi. After his arrival in the party, there was talk of including his supporters in the Shivraj cabinet and making him a cabinet minister at the center. Now reports are coming out that his supporting former MLAs are having trouble getting ticket for the by-election. Several possible dates have been informally announced regarding Shivraj Chauhan's cabinet. Along with the state organization, the Chief Minister prepared a list of potential ministers, which was leaked in the media but the cabinet expansion could not be done. The discussion of including Scindia in the Modi cabinet is rarely heard now. However, his entry in the party was widely publicized by his supporters in Gwalior-Chambal division.

BJP has promised to give tickets to all the 22 pro-Scindia MLAs in the by-elections but it is facing problems. In many seats, the party is witnessing the revolt of its old leaders. Whether Deepak Joshi in Hatpipalya or Balendu Shukla, who had earlier joined the Congress in Gwalior, the party is finding it difficult to convince its leaders. Doubts are also coming to the fore about the victory of the pro-Scindia former MLAs in some seats.
