Bhopal: Senior BJP leader and BJP national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya has been very happy at the Calcutta High Court's order to get the CBI probe into the violence case after the West Bengal elections and form an SIT. In a recent statement, he said, "The violence after the Assembly in Bengal has taken place under the protection of the state government.'' At the same time, he added, "The post-election violence in West Bengal has taken place under the protection of the state government. The Calcutta High Court order has opened the government's poll. We embrace the court order.''

A five-judge bench, including Chief Acting Judge of Calcutta high court Rajesh Bindal, today directed the CBI to conduct a CBI inquiry into the post-election violence. It has also been directed to set up an SIT. Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh's statement has also surfaced. He says the ''court's decision has made everything clear. After this decision, the oppressed will get justice and the anti-social will be punished. Atrocities are going on here. The car is being broken in front of the police. The court's decision has given its nod to the world.''

Dilip Ghosh also said, "180 BJP workers have been killed in Bengal. His car has been attacked. The convoy of the national president was attacked. The Mamata government has done nothing on the alleged killing of 50 saffron party members in the post-poll violence in the state.'' On the other hand, advocate Priyanka Tebadwal says, "The court order has proved that there was violence and it has been proved that the Bengal police cannot be believed anymore.''
