Milk - 35 ml
Sugar - 300 grams
Saffron - 1/4 Table Spoon
Desi Ghee - As Per Style
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 Table Spoon

Method of preparation: To make cashew nut jalebi, first put cashew nut in the mixer and grind it into a fine powder. Now strain the cashew powder in a vessel and filter it well until a soft powder comes out of it. Now take milk in a bowl and add saffron and mix it well. After it thickens, leave it to cool for five minutes. After five minutes, pour this mixture on a clean chopping board and spread it well. After spreading it, cut this mixture into a long shape. After cutting, prepare a chakali by rolling this mixture. Your cashew jalebi is ready.
