Today we have brought you a recipe to make very  delicious dish called fish curry. The fish cooks in a very short time. So let's see how to make it and what we need to make it

necessary ingredients:-

To make gravy

Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaf: 2
Chopped onion: 1
Tomato pureed: 2
Chopped chili: 2
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaf: 1/2 cup
Salt: according to taste

To fry

Rohu Machli: 500 grams
Ginger Garlic pest: 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 150 grams

Method of preparation:

First of all, wash the fish well and take it in one crore and add ginger garlic paste (1 teaspoon), red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and a little salt. Then mix it well and keep it covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, heat the oil on the gas and let it cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Then flip it and then cook it on the other side for 3 minutes. When it is on both sides, take it out and fry the sari fishes in the same way. Then add cumin and bay leaves in the same oil. Then add chopped onion and roast it for a while. Then add the remaining ginger and garlic paste and roast it for 2 minutes. Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and flavoured lime salt to it. Grind tomatoes. And roast it for 4-5 minutes. Then add water according to your taste. (If you like more gravy then add some more water) Then add chopped chilies and leave the gravy to boil. After boiling, add the fried fish and cook it for 5 minutes. Our fish is starting to boil, now turn off the gas. Then add coriander leaves to garnish. And our fish is ready.
