Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, congress poster politics has once again created a new controversy over the insult to Hinduism. The poster outside the Congress office in Bhopal, the state capital, depicts former CM Kamal Nath as 'Krishna' while CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan as 'Kansmama.' There has been an uproar in the political corridors since the poster surfaced. Where Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders have termed it as an insult to Hinduism. On the other hand, the Congress leader who put up the posters says that the situation in the state is similar at present. In another case, fodder scam convict Lalu Yadav has also been portrayed as 'Chakradhari Krishna.'

According to media reports, Congress leader Shehryar Khan said a poster was put up outside the party office in Bhopal depicting Kamal Nath as 'Krishna.' People are asking Kamal Nath to teach the BJP a lesson in the 2023 elections for this poster. Shahryar Khan quoted Gita's statement and said, 'When sin increases on earth, God sends someone... Kamal Nath is a development man. His Chhindwara model is an ideal example of development in the state, while CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan did nothing special here.'

On the issue, state Home Minister Narottam Mishra hit out at the Congress saying, "Congress always makes fun of Hinduism. Sometimes Sonia calls Gandhi Durga, sometimes Kamal Nath is Krishna. Congress has always made fun of religion. Congressmen do things every day that hurt the original nationalism and the religious sentiments of Hindu followers. This calls great India a disgraced India, it reflects their thinking.''

Kamal Nath, holding a circle in his hand in the poster, is seen as Krishna. While the decisions made in the then Congress government have also been placed in the poster, several claims have been made. For example, hoarding covers a number of claims like waiving off loans of more than 27 lakh farmers besides providing 27 percent reservation to OBC taken in Kamal Nath government and 10 percent reservation to general and providing 100 units of electricity for Rs 100. The second case is in Bihar where RJD supremo Lalu Prasad, who was convicted in the fodder scam, has also been portrayed as 'Krishna.' No one else has shared a picture like his idol on his Facebook page 'Second Lalu Tej Pratap.' Lalu Prasad is holding a circle in his hand and has a flute in his other hand. The photo also shows three garlands around Lalu Prasad's neck. Lalu Prasad is seen sitting on his feet in his old style. Interestingly, Lalu Prasad is wearing his favourite ensemble kurta pyjamas and the hairstyle is the same forever.
