Kamal Nath is campaigning for the Congress candidates for the by-elections in Madhya Pradesh for 28 seats. The petition said that the decision of the Election Commission is one-sided. Kamal Nath has argued in his writ petition that the EC's decision has violated his rights. He said that the EC has violated his statutory rights by giving a decision without hearing his side. This petition is expected to be heard on Monday.
