Kamal Nath government tough on adulteration, Rasuka imposed on two traders

Bhopal: Proceedings against adulteration are continuing in Madhya Pradesh. On Thursday, Bhopal collector Tarun Pithode took action against two businessmen under the National Security Act, Rasuka. Collector Tarun Pithode has filed a complaint against two Mawa businessmen Lochan Singh and Mushtaq Ali.

Lochan Singh Gwalior and Mushtaq Ali are residents of Bhopal. Both the businessmen are accused of transporting adulterated Mawa and Paneer in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. In fact, the district administration had arrested the two accused on April 3, 2019 while transporting adulterated Mawa and Paneer. After sampling the mawa and paneer, the said food was found to be adulterated and unusable. After the report came, the two were lodged fir at Gunga police station on August 21 and on Thursday the collector took action against the two businessmen under Rasuka.

This is not the first case when action has been taken against the businessman under a serious section like Rasuka when adulteration food is caught. It first started from Ujjain, where Rasuka was imposed on the trader after the adulterated food was found.
