Kangana Ranaut, after almost a year, has finally completed the shoot of her upcoming film Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi. And guess what we have just come across with the latest photos of Kangana Ranaut from the sets. In the photos, Kangana is seen donning a royal look wearing a green navvari saree with minimal jewelry.

In the photos, we can also see veteran actor Danny Denzongpa posing with the rest of the team.

Talking about Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi, the film is slated to release in August this year, as per reports. Kangana will be essaying the role of warrior-princess Rani Laxmibai in the film.

She earlier spoke about the project to a weekly magazine saying, "People think that I am fighting a battle every day. My life must be miserable. I must be having no future because I’m not friends with the Johars or the Roshans. It’s far from that. I am doing one of the biggest epics of 2018. No other film with a female lead has been made with a higher budget."

Kangana shared the experience of shooting Manikarnika. She said to a leading magazine, "As the name suggests, the film is a warrior story and also the most challenging role of my life. I had to learn combat skills, sword-fighting, horse-riding and I had multiple accidents. I almost lost my life playing this character. This is as tough as it can get."
