Today the counting of votes in Dharamsala and Pachhad by-elections is going on, BJP candidates are leading in the initial phase. In the third round, Vishal Naihari took a lead of 4517 votes. Vishal has got 8761 votes, Congress candidate 4244 and Azad candidate Rakesh Chaudhary 1633 votes.
