Jhabua: The day has come for the by-elections in Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. This seat is a question of goodwill for both BJP and Congress. The administration has made complete preparations for the counting of votes. The counting of votes has started at the Polytechnic College in Jhabua from 8 am. First postal ballots will be counted. After that EVM votes will start counting.
