Kanpur: It has started raining in Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. Similarly, accidents are also on the rise here. Recently, during the rains, a speeding roadways bus fell off the bridge and stood upright in the river. Meanwhile, passengers on the roadways bus lost their senses. Villagers rushed to the spot after witnessing the accident. Thereafter, work was gradually started to evacuate the people trapped in the bus. Some people started leaving on their own.

Police and administrative officials also rushed to the spot after receiving information about the same. The incident took place on GT Road at Bilhour in Kanpur. It was raining heavily and the bus coming from Kanpur with the passengers suddenly went out of control. The bus slipped and hit the river culvert and fell into the river. In the meantime, the bus did not completely overturn, but fell into the river and stood upright. As soon as this happened, there was an outcry among the passengers on the bus.

The villagers rushed to see the accident. They then put up a ladder and started evacuating the passengers safely. Meanwhile, several passengers were seen breaking the window panes to get out of the bus. Many of them jumped into the river and saved their lives. In the meantime, the villagers showed wisdom and tied one end of the bus with a rope so that the bus would not fall into the river. A ladder was resorted to evacuate the women trapped in the bus, which enabled them to be evacuated safely.
