Mumbai: Shiv Sena leader Nitin Nandgaonkar threatened Karachi Sweets in Maharashtra capital Mumbai. After his bullying, all the owners of Karachi Sweets have covered the name of the shop with paper. Nandgaonkar did not get the support of Shiv Sena in this case and still cannot find it. In the same sequence, senior party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut tweeted in support of Karachi Sweets last Thursday. He wrote in his tweet, "The owner of the shop has nothing to do with Pakistan, hence the demand to change the name of the shop is not the official stand of Shiv Sena."
Karachi bakery and karachi sweets have been in mumbai since last 60 years. They have nothing to do with Pakistan . It makes no sense to ask for changing their names now.Demand for changing their name is not shivsena's official stance.

A video of Shiv Sena leader Nandgaonkar has been going viral on social media. In this video, he is asking the owner of Karachi Sweets Shop to remove the word Karachi from the name of the shop. In the video, threatening the owner of the Karachi Sweets based in Bandra West, Nandgaonkar had said, 'The name Karachi is associated with Pakistan and it will not be used in Mumbai. Pakistan is full of terrorists. He is willing to give time to change the name. '
When this matter started escalating, the Shiv Sena has also shed its foot. On Thursday, Sanjay Raut tweeted and wrote, 'Karachi bakery and Karachi sweets have been in Mumbai since last 60 years. They have nothing to do with Pakistan. It makes no sense to ask for changing their names now. Demand for changing their name is not shivsena's official stance.'
