The film 'Mumbaikar' is directed by Santosh Sivan and in addition to Vikrant, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanjay Mishra, Ranveer Shorey and Sachin Khedekar are going to be seen in important roles. Apart from Vikrant, Karan Johar also tweeted the first look of the film. While sharing the first look, Karan has written in the tweet- 'I promise you the best cinematography. My best wishes to the entire team. Apart from this film, Vikrant will also be seen in the lead role in the Hindi remake of the Malayalam film 'Forensic'. In this film he will be seen playing the role of forensic officer. Actor Tovino Thomas appeared in the lead role in the original version.
