New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has recently changed the CM in Uttarakhand. In place of Trivendra Singh Rawat, the party has appointed Tirath Singh Rawat as the CM of Uttarakhand. After Uttarakhand in north India, there is now a demand to change the chief minister in the southern state of Karnataka. Karnataka BJP MLA Basangouda Yatnal has said that cm should be changed by 100 percent.

"We cannot go to the polls with this CM (Yeddyurappa)" CM Yatnal said. He said the General Secretary is also aware of this. BJP MLA Yatnal said if the party wants to survive here, the CM will have to change. It may be noted that after the assembly elections in Karnataka, Congress formed a coalition with the JD(s) with far fewer seats than its own.

The Congress had also given the JDS a CM post to keep the BJP away from power, but the majority remained far from the magical figure of the assembly elections. Kumaraswamy became the CM, but the government came to a minority due to dissatisfaction and the resignation of MLAs. Kumaraswamy had to resign from the CM post.
