The Karnataka Public Works Department has invited applications for posts of Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer. Interested candidates can only apply through online mode. The online process for Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer Recruitment 2019 application has been started on the official website of the Karnataka Public Works Department .i.nemaka.kar.nic.in. Through this recruitment process, a total of 870 posts will be filled out, out of which 570 posts are for assistant engineers and 300 for junior engineers.

• Opening date for submission of online application: 15 March 2019 
• Last date for submission of online application: 10 April 2019

• Assistant Engineer - 570 posts 
• Junior Engineer - 300 Posts 

Eligibility Criteria: 
Educational Qualification:
• Assistant Engineer - Candidate should possess a degree or diploma in a related subject. 
• Junior Engineer - Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Material Management by the candidate's Technical Education Board should be passed. 

Age limit - 18 to 35 years (as per government norms, relaxation in the age limit for the reserved category)
