Ingredients of Kashmiri Halwa-
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
 desi ghee
Green cardamom powder
 saffron
Cashew nuts and raisins

Method of making Kashmiri pudding- To make it, heat ghee in a nonstick pan and fry it on a low flame till the oats change color. Now add milk and sugar to a pan and boil. If the milk is completely boiled, then add the fried oats to it and keep running continuously. After this, add cardamom powder and one teaspoon more ghee to this mixture. Now add saffron to the pudding and run until the difference in its color is visible. Then turn off the gas and take off the pudding. Garnish with fried cashews and raisins from the top. So take Kashmiri halwa is ready, serve hot.
