Ingredients for making jackfruit pickle-
3 kg jackfruit, chopped into pieces
1/4 cup salt1 cup turmeric
1/2 cup crushed rye
1 cup cottage red chilli
2 tbsp kalonji
2 tbsp heeng
2 kg mustard oil

Method of making jackfruit pickle- First of all boil the jackfruit with 1/4 cup salt in water. Now drain the water and leave the jackfruit to dry. When the jackfruit cools down and dries, add salt, mustard, red chillies, kalonji and asafoetida. Now mix them all well. After this, cover it and keep it for 4 days to marinate, run it once a day. Now keep it well tight in the glass barney. After that heat, the mustard oil well and then let it cool down and put it in the jackfruit jar.
