Amitabh Bachchan will welcome contestant Harsh Poddar in the upcoming episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 14, which will air soon. Harsh told Amitabh in a show promo clip that Sony Television shared that his wife starts to doubt him when he is overjoyed. Harsh also questioned Amitabh about whether he and his wife Jaya Bachchan experience the same thing.
Harsh revealed during the performance that he and his wife attended the event. He continued, "I wanted to explain why we occasionally fight. Sometimes when I return home, my wife is waiting for me with a smile on her face." Amitabh completes his statement by saying, "You are smiling a lot, Aap has rahe hain kisse mulakat kar ke aaye hain. Have you met anyone)?" Then, a startled Harsh remarked, "Arrr, sir. Aap ke sath bhi hota hai (Does this also happen to you)?"
Amitabh frequently wins hearts with his amusing conversations with the competitors. Older episodes of the programme featured Amitabh asking a contestant's wife if his movies are "bekar," and in another, he inquired about online dating with a contestant.
Amitabh and Jaya first crossed paths while working on the 1971 film Guddi, directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. Jaya played a star-stuck character in the film who was hopelessly in love with Dharmendra, who played himself. In addition to Rajesh Khanna, the movie featured Dilip Kumar, Pran, Om Prakash, Ashok Kumar, and others. They have shared screen time in numerous movies.
