It is also being said those elections will be held from Rajasthan on March 26 for the three seats of Rajya Sabha. Currently, Narayan Pancharia, Ramnarayan Doody and Vijay Goel are members of the BJP on these seats. His term is coming to an end. Now the change of power has taken place in Rajasthan and in view of the number strength in the assembly, 2 out of 3 seats are likely to go to the Congress and one seat to the BJP account. It is also being said that since the BJP was likely to get only one seat, the party's state unit was insisting on sending a local leader to the Rajya Sabha this time. Talking to the media, State President Satish Poonia had also said that it would be our endeavor to make a leader of the state a candidate for the Rajya Sabha elections.
