PATNA: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekher Rao (KCR) is scheudle to reach Patna on Wednesday to meet Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his deputy Tejashwi Yadav.
A significant political move ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is his arrival in Bihar. This will be his first meeting to expel BJP from the Centre following his split from the NDA. The arrival of KCR is also a victory for chief minister Kumar and deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav, who are working tirelessly to unite all opposition figures against the BJP.
He is also scheduled to participate in a programme along with the two Bihar leaders.
When Tejashwi Yadav was the opposition leader in the Bihar Assembly, the two met twice in Hyderabad. Because KCR is a senior leader in the nation and is well-respected in all political and social circles, he made a concerted effort to recruit him to the opposition.
In the current Lok Sabha election, the chief ministers of Bihar, West Bengal, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Delhi, Kerala, Jharkhand, and other states are attempting to unseat the BJP-led government.
Tejashwi Yadav and Rajiv Ranjan Singh, also known as Lalan Singh, the national president of the JD-U, have already begun preparations in Bihar and declared their intention to beat the BJP on all 40 of these seats.
Mamata Benerjee, the chief minister of West Bengal, will fight the saffron party valiantly in this state as well.
