KCR performs pooja at renovated Yadadri Temple

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Monday,  did puja at Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district's Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple. KCR and his family arrived in Yadadri to dedicate the newly renovated Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple.

The architectural marvel was constructed out of 2,50,000 tonnes of black granite. The temple's architecture is a mix of Dravidian and Kakatiyan styles.

The temple has been reconstructed at a cost of Rs 1,280 crore over the last five and a half years. The reconstruction operation, which is still ongoing, has involved over 2,000 sculptors and thousands of employees. Officials have made elaborate preparations for the Maha Kumbha Samprokshana. The authorities are making preparations to deal with the massive number of worshippers slated to arrive on Monday. Atop the hill, the temple administration has put up an automated and mechanical prasadam producing machine.

It's also been learned that devotees visiting the Yadadri temple can enjoy infinite laddu, pulihora, and vada prasadam.
