Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath stars Sushant Singh Rajput and debutante Sara Ali Khan in key roles .This is one of the films eagerly awaited by the movie maniacs. The movie set against the backdrop of the Uttarakhand floods of 2013. The film is a love story between a Muslim boy and a Hindu girl. The teaser of the film has been received really well appreciations by the audiences and today, the makers are all set to launch the trailer at an event in Mumbai.

Worth mention here a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janta Party had demanded a ban on Kedarnath alleging that the film encouraging love jihad.

The lip-lock scene between Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan in the Kedarnath teaser grabbed all the lime light which was clearly the highlight of the 1-minute 39-second teaser.

The movie Kedarnath faced a number of delays due to differences between Abhishek Kapoor and Prernaa Arora, who was earlier, linked with the film as a co-producer. The film was earlier scheduled for a November 30 release but soon after, there were rumors rift that it had been postponed to 2019.
