Australia's Ricky Ponting, one of the most successful captains in the history of cricket, has asked all the players associated with Delhi Capitals to behave like a family. Ricky Ponting said in his speech that unless we are like a family, we will not be able to play good cricket. The DC has shared this speech of Ricky Ponting on his Instagram account. Ricky Ponting has told the players that whether it is the captain of the team or any staff, he looks at everyone from the same perspective. At the same time, he instructed everyone to keep the door of their hotel room open, I will do the same.

Ponting said this so that there could be mutual bonding between the players and everyone could mingle with each other. "Our team has done well in the recent past and achieved success. We have to spend a few weeks together, we will succeed if we move forward with laughter and happiness. Let us know that the DC team is going into the IPL season this time under the captaincy of Rishabh Pant. Last season too, pant took over the command of the DC, but then he was given the responsibility in place of Shreyas Iyer. He is now the captain of the team.
